i have a toaster just like that! i bought it at a garage sale years ago for about a nickle... i didn't have a modern toaster or an oven in my little cabana... so i cleaned up the antique one and used it for a few years... works pretty darn good!
Sherrie, I wondered if anyone would know what that was! Everyone always ask me what is that? LOL I am going to be ordering a new one in a couple of weeks, as you can see how worn out it is (after 11 years!).
Well, I was in shorts yesterday because the wood stove was cranking!!
Hey Katlupe! I tried to comment on your "Solar Baby" blog, but had a LONG senior moment and couldn't figure out how to register. I'm already following it, but it said I had to "log in" and naturally I couldn't because it doesn't have me "registered in the first place". Anyway, thank you for your sweet comment the other night. Right after I evidently the same night after I posted that, I received another follower, so that brought it back up. God PROVIDES. I do however wonder if my post on that particular subject had something to do with it. Spiritual gifts are SO contriversial. Anyway, I liked the Solar Baby post. My husband and I used to go camping in a tiny little trailer and the propane fumes used to practically choke me to death even with the windows open. I wish they would invent some kind of lanterns that didn't need fuel, batteries maybe? Anyway, gotta go, just wanted to pass some thanks (I needed your comment) and love on. God Bless! PJ

Oh that looks so cozy. I'm in Texas though. I'm still in T-shirts. :)

Non-electric gadgets! I love them!

Those look like great ways to stay warm. I love the
photo of the pumpkin with the lantern.
